DIRECTIONS
1603 Coyote Point Drive, San Mateo, 94401
For GPS, this address will not lead you to our facility (it is misplaced on GPS maps). Once you arrive at park, take immediate left after passing through ranger shack, then follow to end of parking lot (past kids park). We are the tan building on the grass with the flags flying.
From San Francisco and points North...
Highway 101 South.
Take the Poplar Avenue exit. Go straight off exit ramp.
Turn right at 1st light onto Humbolt.
Turn right at next light onto Peninsula Avenue.
Go over the freeway, proceed straight at stop light. Go straight at next stop sign to Coyote Pt Recreation Area.
Pay $5 to enter park at Ranger Gate.
Take first left after entering park.
Follow parking lot all the way to end and look for our building at south end of parking lot. We are the beige buildings and our signs and flags are easily visible.
From the South…
When coming to Coyote Point from the south (San Jose), use Highway 101 North.
Take the Peninsula Avenue exit.
Take a right turn off exit ramp.
Take a left turn at the next stop sign.
Proceed straight ahead to Coyote Point Recreation Area.
Pay $5 to enter park at Ranger Gate.
Take first (immediate) left after entering park.
Follow parking lot all the way to end and look for our building at south end of parking lot. We are the beige buildings and our signs and flags are easily visible.
Via Public Transport…
OPTION 1 (fastest but expensive) Take BART to SFO Airport and take a taxi to Coyote Point Park, 1603 Coyote Point Drive San Mateo, Boardsports. Tell taxi to follow these directions upon entering Park:
Take first (immediate) left after entering park.
Follow parking lot all the way to end and look for our building at south end of parking lot. We are the beige buildings and our signs and flags are easily visible.
OPTION 2 (slower but cheaper) Take CALTRAIN to Millbrae and bicycle or take a taxi to Coyote Point Park, 1603 Coyote Point Drive San Mateo, Boardsports. Tell taxi to follow these directions upon entering Park:

Parking Fee / Validated FREE Parking
There is a fee for parking in the lot, so don’t forget your wallet! We validate parking for visits of 45 minutes or less so come browse or pick up gear without paying to park. Annual permits for parking can be purchased at our shop for $60.
Dogs
Dogs are not allowed into the park.
